This track's rhymes certainly prove that these talented MC's "don't need a ghostwriter" to make them better. Pure originality describes this track as a whole. These guys spit straight fire, and Bij Lincolns is on his way to becoming one of the best producers out there. Posted by T Sweet at PM 1 comment:. Labels: Canned Goods , Ground Up. Thursday, February 18, The Movement 2. The Movement had a sensational performance last night. The venue was Attitudes Bar, a small but comfortable spot attached to a Holiday Inn.

They played a song set for the Blacksburg crowd. The guys played their hearts out for the audience of under people. You could see the energy dripping off their faces after every song, and that transferred directly to the fans from the front of the stage and all the way to the back of the bar.

Their stage set up was different then anything I've seen before. The two singers were on either side of the bassist, Jay Schmidt, who was grooving out the whole time, which kept the audience on their feet dancing to teh music all night. One advantage to the small venue was the band's ability to communicate to the crowd on a closer level, making jokes and responding to comments made by fans in between songs.

This added to the enthusiasm of everyone around the stage. The band was able the move the mob of people by a simple wave of their hands. Most of the set consisted of songs from their album, "Set Sail". Their first album, "On Your Feet", was produced under a low budget and short time of no more than 24 hours.

It is still popular among both long-time and new listeners. As if songs like "The Habit", "Mexico", and "Hola" weren't enough, The Movement announced "Set Sail", an upbeat tune with a cheerful melody, as their last song of the set.

As the lights dimmed down to signal the end of the show, chants of "one more song" could probably be heard from across the street. The guys decided to turn the lights on and play one last song off their first album, "On Your Feet", by the request of a fan in the front row. The band ended their final song with a heavy, head-banging jam that made the floor shake.

You can see The Movement at their next show in Knoxville tonight. I Wish I Knew Him! He Is So Sexi! Im His Number 1 Fan! OAN: shut up..! Dhiss kiid is onee of dhe best young rappersz out..!
