Cannot change properties of the file named


















Some downloaded files have a value in the "title" area under details after clicking properties I am unable to remove this "title" and it shows up when I share the file across my network. The file is on a portable hard drive, but I have tried moving certain problem files to my desktop to see if I could fix the problems there, but nothing has worked. On another windows help page it said something along the lines of "some attributes cannot be changed" I am hoping that is not the case.
