Ocean X Team has made a new remarkable discovery at the Anomaly area. In a wreck site was uncovered during a survey mission of the ocean floor off the coast of Germany.
At a depth of 40 metres, divers discovered a decayed wreck and buried, deep in the mud in old rattan basket was found to be 14 ancient bottles. One bottle broke in the recovery and one bottle was opened and tested. The laboratory results, detailed below show that it had been a powerful red wine. The shape of the bottles and a thorough investigation of the wine and cork indicated that the wine was bottled between and Phenolic analysis confirmed a typical old wine signature rich in tannin degradation products and together with the presence of resveratrol enables us to tell it was a strong red wine.
Interestingly, besides small aliphatic acids such as lactic and acetic acid, the wine still contained some amounts of ethanol. Our colleague historian confirmed me from the chemical analysis of the glass and especially from the shape of the corked flask that the dating precisely would correspond to a period from late XVIIth century.
Shipwreck Wine Offered in specially designed water-filled storage tanks. Offered with special equipment to maintain the bottles in their storage tanks. Many ships has disappered at sea over the centuries. The rare bottles, 12 in all, were found in a century shipwreck.

Come on down and experience a great boat with a remarkable crew. We are super friendly and helpful on deck to those both experienced and those who are taking their first boat trip.
We look forward to seeing you! We woke this morning to a howling south wind…I was hoping it would not start to later in the day but it was howling early so we decided not to go out.. It was nasty out there so we passed…Tomorrow looks very nice and we are going deeper and looking for some Jumbos!! See ya for coffee. Cold today!!
Wednesday looks good to get out and look for some Jumbo blackfish…We are gonna be fishing deeper so be ready with some heavier tackle in case the current is running.. We are seeing some nice codfish show up to,and ling…Seasonal pool os getting giant and is wide open!!! Wednesday is the day to go!! At first I thought the boat was small, and would feel every wave, not the case. We felt very comfortable on the boat. What a day!! Dolphins The captain and his first mate were awesome!
They had such enthusiasm, when they saw the whales. It was amazing to see that although they are out there everyday seeing the whales, they still get as excited as we did!
I recommend this boat very highly! Everyone on the boat was super friendly and it was not intimidating at all. We brought our own poles and rented as well, we were immediately educated and Dave and Anna were always checking in on us! We caught several sea bass and took home some good keepers. It was such a great experience and so much fun. The friendly crew was always nearby to help with unhooking our catch, untangling our reels or baiting our fishing poles.
The captain was fishing out on desk with us. We chatted with him about bait and fishing. He even baited our hooks with grub- an artificial bait that he was using on his line. I would definitely go out on the ocean explorer again! Newcomers immediately made to feel at home.. Never fished..
